Identification of Albanian business partners (agents, importers/distributors, manufacturers, etc.) suitable for your product/service, including their full name, contact details, and extensive information on their business.

Product/Market Validation

Identification of Albanian business partners, presentation of your products/services by email and mail, and the drafting of a report containing prospect evaluation and feedback.

Prospective Mission

Organisation of an itinerary for on-site meetings in one or several cities (~10 days) with companies selected according to your specifications, who have confirmed their interest during the product/market validation phase.

Commercial Representation

A representative can be made available, under the supervision of the Head of Business Support at ATCC, who will conduct a prospection of the Albanian market and monitor your trading account according to your specifications. This includes:

  • Research and identification of potential prospects
  • Organising meetings with potential prospects
  • Negotiating with and communication information to prospects
  • Reports on all actions carried out through regular written and oral presentations
